Adrenal Fatigue 5 Step Treatment Program
Session 1 - We look at your life story to identify any issues, negative feelings and/or health symptoms that are holding you back. Our bodies store toxicity when we build up and suppress too many negative emotions and our aim is to help you learn how to release these emotions in a gentle and positive manner. In our first session we will develop a detailed, targeted treatment plan for optimal results. We begin the healing process by utilising tapping therapy and hypnosis to clear any blocks. These are used to stop negative beliefs and to prevent old habits from resurfacing.
Hypnosis helps you to develop a fresh mindset which translates to a newer, healthier coping model. This then allows you to begin to:
In session 2, we check in to assess if you are feeling lighter, clearer and healthier after your first session. We discuss your progression and any changes you have experienced. At this stage I will see you 3-4 times within a 10 day time-frame to reactivate your health and release any distressing symptoms. Progression to session 2 will allow new neural pathway openings, which will in turn increase your health and vitality levels.
Session 3 is a self-reflection session and focuses on achieving clarity and focus, restoration and reparation. We look at which symptoms are clearing, and which symptoms are being more resistant. At this stage, you may have noticed some negative mental, emotional and physical symptoms have started to dissipate. Our session focuses on the beliefs and/or fears you hold that your symptoms may recur, or even that they will remain.
We work on self-love and the internal message that you deserve to be healthy. We also support you in learning how to set new, healthy boundaries in both your personal and professional life.
Session 4 targets eliminating unhealthy habits and negative emotions. We take a look at a variety of elements:
a. How your symptoms have changed these past weeks
b. What your thought processes are today and the reasons behind recurring sickness or ill health.
c. Any self-imposed limitations you may have placed on yourself
You will now be on a positive path towards having a healthy relationship with yourself. This means you have the ability to eliminate and clear any negative symptoms, pain and/or trauma responses that may arise.
Session 5 increases your overall health and wellbeing. This session focuses on enhancing your self-love and your ability to accept love. We also concentrate on eliminating any residual symptoms and strengthening the belief that you are worthy of optimum health.
