At this stage, you will have noticed some mental, emotional and physical symptoms have started to dissipate. Our session focuses on the lack of belief you hold that you will be healthy, or your fear of any symptoms recurring.
We work on self-love and the internal message that you deserve to be healthy, and learn how to set new, healthy boundaries in both personal and professional life.
In this session, you will learn to trust that you are worthy of being happy and healthy. Depending on what life experiences you have held, depends on how many blocks you must clear.
Session 4 targets your negative emotions and eliminating unhealthy habits or negative emotions. We take a look at how your symptoms have changed these past weeks, what your thought process is today, and if you are still sick or experiencing ill health and the reasoning behind why this may be occurring and what self-imposed limitations you may have placed.
You will learn to have a healthy relationship with your Self, eliminate symptoms by clearing toxic emotions and soothe any pain, hurt, heartache or trauma responses you feel.
This session is about potentially healing the inner child and your adult Self, programming good health into your body, dissolving your symptoms and learning to expect good things in your life. By utilising a combination of Tapping, Hypnosis and Healing therapy, we can increase your balance, energy, vitality and wellbeing.
Session 5 increases your overall health and wellbeing. This session focuses on enhancing your Self-love, your ability to accept love, elimination of any residing symptoms and gaining the trust that you are worthy of good health. We continue to build up and fortify your energy reserves so that you are completely accepting of health for optimal results.
The following five session will be a continuation. When you have been ill for several years, ongoing sessions are encouraged to effectively clear the symptoms and prevent relapse.
